“Julie’s Body Ready Birth Workshop was by far the most practical class we took leading up to our big day. We practiced positions for each station baby navigates through the pelvis which normalized a mother’s natural instincts we can trust during birth.
This understanding help me lean into the intensity of birth without fear and welcome our baby in just under 5.5 hours as a first time mom.”

Prevent common birth injuries
Most people are instructed to give birth in positions that actually close the bottom of the pelvis. This means harder pushing, increased risk of tearing, pelvic floor injury, and incontinence. Learn to ensure the bottom of your pelvis is open when it’s time to push to minimize injury.

“ I have been studying the Body Ready Method™ with exercise physiologist, doula, and birth educator Lindsay McCoy, along with an international cohort of professional birth workers since 2021, exploring the science of birth physiology, deepening my knowledge and understanding of preparing the body for birth, and improving my support skills throughout the birthing process. I am so excited to share these tools and skills with you (and your partner!) with this paradigm-shifting program.”
